- No Box Spring Needed: 12 slats over a centre support rail hold the mattress directly. Use a 5" to 10" mattress.
- Open Underneath: The frame holds up to 400 lb and leaves 8.5" of clear space under the side rails.

Shipping
- All items within the same order will be shipped together. Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
- Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. For FedEx, UPS, or other small parcel carriers, delivery will follow the tracking log rather than a scheduled appointment.
- Upon delivery, please inspect the items carefully and note any issues on the delivery document before signing.
- Delivery times are estimates. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Exchanges
- Contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. If your original order shipped free, the return shipping fee of the exchanged item and the original shipping fee apply; you receive store credit for the rest, and shipping on your new item is on us.
Returns
- Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, in "as-new" condition with all original packaging, hardware and instructions. Assembled, altered or used items can't be accepted.
- If your original order shipped free, the refund excludes the original delivery cost and the return shipping cost.
- Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method once the item reaches our warehouse and is confirmed eligible.
Damaged items
- Notify our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the damage to the item and the packaging. We will repair or replace it at no additional cost (one replacement per order).

On a slow morning, all you want is tea in bed, the window open and the light coming in sideways. The Romy is made for mornings like that. Its pale wood and open cane-style weave keep the room feeling airy, so the bed is somewhere to linger, not only somewhere to sleep.
A tall headboard and a low footboard each hold woven cane-style panels in a frame of natural-finish solid wood, curved softly at the top corners. Square legs lift the bed, with 8.5 inches of open space underneath. The low footboard keeps the view across the room clear, and the open base keeps the whole frame looking light.
