Shipping
- All items within the same order will be shipped together. Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
- Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. For FedEx, UPS, or other small parcel carriers, delivery will follow the tracking log rather than a scheduled appointment.
- Upon delivery, please inspect the items carefully and note any issues on the delivery document before signing.
- Delivery times are estimates. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Exchanges
- Contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. If your original order shipped free, the return shipping fee of the exchanged item and the original shipping fee apply; you receive store credit for the rest, and shipping on your new item is on us.
Returns
- Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, in "as-new" condition with all original packaging, hardware and instructions. Assembled, altered or used items can't be accepted.
- If your original order shipped free, the refund excludes the original delivery cost and the return shipping cost.
- Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method once the item reaches our warehouse and is confirmed eligible.
Damaged items
- Notify our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the damage to the item and the packaging. We will repair or replace it at no additional cost (one replacement per order).

Mornings move quickly: shoes to buckle, a bag to pack, five minutes with a coffee before the door. The Anouk is a perch for those small moments. With no arms in the way, you can sit sideways, set it beside the bed or pull it up to a dressing table.
The seat is plump and round, almost a pouf, in off-white bouclé. Behind it, four flat slats of solid birch in a walnut finish hold up a curved bouclé cushion, and the outer two run down to the floor as the back legs. Soft in front and graphic from behind, it reads clearly from every side.

Cloud-Soft Bouclé
The round seat and the curved back cushion are upholstered in off-white bouclé, a nubby fabric that feels soft and looks light in any room.
A Slatted Walnut-Finish Back
Four flat slats of solid birch in a walnut finish hold up the back cushion. The gaps between them give the chair a graphic outline from behind.
Armless and Easy to Place
With no arms and a compact 29-inch width, the Anouk fits beside a bed, at a dressing table or in a small corner.
