The story

Some sofas are for sitting up straight. The Batignolles is for lying down: a low, deep L with a 59-inch (150 cm) chaise, so one person can stretch out while two or three more settle along the sofa beside them.
It is covered all over in soft white bouclé, grid-tufted on the seats and back and channel-stitched down the front and sides. With no legs it rests right on the floor, which keeps a large piece calm in the room. It arrives compressed, with nothing to assemble.

Soft white bouclé covers the whole sectional. The seats and back are tufted into a grid of soft squares, and the front and sides are stitched into vertical channels, so the shape reads as cushioned all over.

A one-arm sofa and a left-facing chaise sit side by side to make the L. The chaise seat runs 59 inches (150 cm), long enough to stretch out on, and the chaise can be pulled away to stand on its own.
