Shipping
- All items within the same order will be shipped together. Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
- Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. For FedEx, UPS, or other small parcel carriers, delivery will follow the tracking log rather than a scheduled appointment.
- Upon delivery, please inspect the items carefully and note any issues on the delivery document before signing.
- Delivery times are estimates. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Exchanges
- Contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. If your original order shipped free, the return shipping fee of the exchanged item and the original shipping fee apply; you receive store credit for the rest, and shipping on your new item is on us.
Returns
- Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, in "as-new" condition with all original packaging, hardware and instructions. Assembled, altered or used items can't be accepted.
- If your original order shipped free, the refund excludes the original delivery cost and the return shipping cost.
- Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method once the item reaches our warehouse and is confirmed eligible.
Damaged items
- Notify our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the damage to the item and the packaging. We will repair or replace it at no additional cost (one replacement per order).

Woven Rattan Cane
The rounded back is a panel of open-weave rattan cane set in a wide wooden frame. It adds texture and lets light through the back of the chair.
A Back That Sweeps Into the Arms
The curved back frame flows down and forward into the arms, which rest on square front legs. Side stretchers join the legs, all in solid rubberwood with a brushed light ash finish.
Made for the Table
A 19-inch seat height suits standard dining tables, and the thick seat cushion is 19.5 inches wide and 21.75 inches deep. The chairs are sold in pairs.

Planning tip. The arms sit at 25.5" (65 cm), so check that your table's apron clears them if you want the chairs to tuck in. Leave about 36" (90 cm) between the table's edge and the wall so a chair slides out easily.
