Shipping
- All items within the same order will be shipped together. Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
- Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. For FedEx, UPS, or other small parcel carriers, delivery will follow the tracking log rather than a scheduled appointment.
- Upon delivery, please inspect the items carefully and note any issues on the delivery document before signing.
- Delivery times are estimates. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Exchanges
- Contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. If your original order shipped free, the return shipping fee of the exchanged item and the original shipping fee apply; you receive store credit for the rest, and shipping on your new item is on us.
Returns
- Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, in "as-new" condition with all original packaging, hardware and instructions. Assembled, altered or used items can't be accepted.
- If your original order shipped free, the refund excludes the original delivery cost and the return shipping cost.
- Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method once the item reaches our warehouse and is confirmed eligible.
Damaged items
- Notify our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the damage to the item and the packaging. We will repair or replace it at no additional cost (one replacement per order).

Some chairs are for perching. The Passy is for settling in: a long phone call with a friend, the weekend paper, an hour by the fire with nowhere else to be. Its deep seat and enclosing shape make it easy to stay a while.
It follows the tuxedo style, with arms and back at the same height, rounded into one calm block. Light brown bouclé flecked with darker tones covers a pocket-spring seat, and four sculpted birch legs in a walnut finish curve out from the sides like wooden fins.

Light brown bouclé with darker flecks covers a deep seat cushion built with pocket springs, so it stays supportive and comfortable.
Sculpted Walnut-Finish Legs
Four curved birch legs in a walnut finish are fixed to the outside of the arms, giving the chair its distinctive stance. The same detail appears on the Auteuil sofa and loveseat.
