Shipping
- All items within the same order will be shipped together. Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
- Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. For FedEx, UPS, or other small parcel carriers, delivery will follow the tracking log rather than a scheduled appointment.
- Upon delivery, please inspect the items carefully and note any issues on the delivery document before signing.
- Delivery times are estimates. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Exchanges
- Contact our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. If your original order shipped free, the return shipping fee of the exchanged item and the original shipping fee apply; you receive store credit for the rest, and shipping on your new item is on us.
Returns
- Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, in "as-new" condition with all original packaging, hardware and instructions. Assembled, altered or used items can't be accepted.
- If your original order shipped free, the refund excludes the original delivery cost and the return shipping cost.
- Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method once the item reaches our warehouse and is confirmed eligible.
Damaged items
- Notify our Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the damage to the item and the packaging. We will repair or replace it at no additional cost (one replacement per order).
The story
For the table you pass a dozen times a day.
A dining table sits in the middle of things. You walk past it with the groceries, read the mail standing beside it and gather round it every evening. The Simone is a chair for that kind of room: one you see from every side, all day, and sit in often.
One wide, flat band of rubberwood in a light ash finish curves around the back and runs forward to form both arms. With no upholstered back, you see the room through the chair. The low rail holds you at the small of your back, above a foam-padded beige seat with a piped edge.
The design
Three details that shape the Simone.
The Simone is one idea carried all the way through. Below are the rail, the seat beneath it and the outline they make together.
One Wide, Curved Rail
The backrest and both arms are a single wide, flat band of rubberwood that curves around the seat. Its light ash finish lets the grain of the wood show.
Open Back, Padded Seat
With no upholstered back, the chair looks light from every angle. The beige seat is padded with foam, finished with a piped edge and set in a curved wooden apron.
Low and Open at the Table
At 27.5 inches high, with a 20.75-inch seat height, the Simone sits low and keeps the dining room feeling open. The chairs are sold in pairs.

Planning tip. At 27.5" (70 cm) high overall, the Simone can slide fully under a table with at least that much clearance below the apron. Leave about 36" (90 cm) behind each chair to pull it out and sit.

Do the chairs come as a pair?
Yes. The Simone is sold as a set of two chairs. The table is not included.
