- Chestnut Vegan Leather: Smooth vegan leather in a warm chestnut brown, with a soft sheen and lighter caramel tones where it curves over each channel.
- Low Ash Feet: Four low block feet of ash in a distressed finish sit set in under the base; the sofa seats three and is rated for up to 790 lb.

The story
A low, tailored sofa that looks finished from every side.
The Caumartin is a sofa of straight lines. Its slim arms rise to exactly the height of the back, the seat is one long, fixed bench for three, 82 inches wide and 24 inches deep, and at only 29 inches high it keeps a room open and easy to see across.
Its character comes from the stitching. Narrow vertical channels run across the seat, up the inside and outside of the back and along both sides of each arm, in a chestnut-brown vegan leather with a soft sheen. With no loose cushions there is nothing to plump or straighten, and because the back is channelled like the front, it can float in the middle of a room.
The design
Three details that make the Caumartin.
The Caumartin is a simple, low box made by its stitching. These three details explain how it looks and sits.
Channels, Welts and Sheen
Up close, each narrow channel is gently padded and sewn with tone-on-tone thread, and the chestnut vegan leather turns a lighter caramel where it curves over the stitching. A flat band edged with fine welts frames the front and top of each arm.
One Line, One Seat
The slim arms rise exactly to the height of the back, so the top is one straight line, and the fixed seat runs the full 82 inches between them with no loose cushions to shift.
Long, Low and Finished All Round
At 97 inches wide and only 29 inches high, the Caumartin keeps a room open, and because the back is channel-stitched too it can stand away from the wall. Its warm brown sits well with oak, linen, travertine and cream walls.
