1.1 Shipping & Delivery Policies
As you may know, luxury furniture products undergo a complex global supply chain before they can reach our warehouses, as premium materials are sourced from all over the world (pebble leather from ateliers in Italy, teak wood from Indonesia, etc). If your desired item is on Pre-Order, the ETA provided include both production and shipping time estimates.
We calculate our shipping time frame starting when your ordered products reach our distribution warehouses (for InStock items, this clock starts ticking when you receive our Order Confirmation).
1.2 Local & Long Distance Curbside Delivery :
Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks (Monday-Friday, daytime hours). Please note that these timeframes apply to items being delivered from our warehouse to your destination. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated as early as possible.
Delivery Conditions: All deliveries are to the curbside (of your house or apartment/condo building) only. An adult (18 or older) must be present to accept and sign for the delivery, except orders shipped with Fedex or small parcel carriers.
Additional Charges: Special warehouse or residential delivery circumstances (e.g., difficult access, remote areas) may incur additional charges. For further details or to confirm any additional fees, please contact us at Help Centre (link to form).
To schedule, reschedule your delivery appointment, please use the track number provided (link to log in page to access order history, or link to Order Tracking) and contact the carrier responsible for your shipment directly.
Finn&Form s not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery, and we are not able to ship to PO boxes.
1.3 Local & Long Distance In-Room Delivery:
Delivery Timeframe, Local: Delivery is typically completed within 2-3 weeks. However, certain areas may experience longer delivery times due to regional factors or logistical constraints.
Delivery Timeframe, Long Distance: Delivery is estimated to take approximately 2-4 weeks. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time.
Delivery Service: In-Room Delivery includes placement in a room of your choice, provided there is clear and accessible entry. Please ensure that the delivery path is free of obstacles, as our delivery team is not responsible for rearranging or moving existing furniture. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost caused by unsuccessful delivery attempt due to insufficient access space to the delivery site.
1.4 Shipping Beyond Our Standard Service Area :
Special warehouse or residential delivery circumstances (e.g., difficult access, remote areas) may incur additional charges. For further details or to confirm any additional fees, please contact us at Help Centre. Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico.
1.5 Measuring your space
Every product page on our site comes complete with dimensions for both the product and its box - we've got you covered! A bit of forward-thinking measuring can go a long way in making sure your dream piece can smoothly take its place in its new home. As a rule of thumb, compare your door width and the height of the box - your door width should prevail. Other things to consider?
Be mindful of:
1. Any tricky obstructions behind doors
2. Those sneaky tight corners
3. The dimensions of internal doors and hallways
4. Stairways (don't forget the length!)
5. Elevator measurements if needed We're here to make sure your new addition lands perfectly in your space, without a hitch!
1.6 Scheduling and managing your delivery
Our contracted local professional In-Room Delivery service agents and/or FedEX will contact you to schedule your deliver. If you have special delivery requirements or scheduling requirements, you must manage these directly through FedEx Delivery Manager by using the Tracking Number provided. We are not responsible for coordinating third-party delivery services after the item leaves our warehouse.
1.7 Refused Delivery
Should an order be declined, we will handle it as a return. Once the piece finds its way back to our warehouse, we'll credit you with the item's value, minus the return shipping cost. Do note, if your initial order enjoyed a free shipping offer, the original shipping cost will be subtracted as the service has already been rendered. For orders where shipping was initially paid for, reimbursement won't be possible since the initial delivery service was fulfilled. If we aren't notified of a declined delivery, this may cause a delay in your refund. Therefore, in circumstances where the item was dismissed due to damage or flaws, kindly get in touch with us using the contact form. Don't forget, photographic proof is essential.
1.8 Estimated Delivery Windows
While we can't promise exact delivery dates, we're committed to giving you the most accurate delivery estimates based on our current inventory and projected shipping paths. This is refreshed in real-time and can be discovered on the product page. For our bigger items not delivered via courier, we offer the chance to set your delivery with a local delivery squad. They'll connect with you to set up an appointment once your order is all set to ship. Kindly remember that pre-orders need a 25% deposit and usually take about 12-18 weeks for custom orders. For your most recent shipping ETD, just log into your My Account page, where you'll have access to the latest information we have. Please note, we're unable to offer expedited shipping on any orders.
1.9 Pre-orders
At Finn & Form, we take pride in bringing you the finest products available. However, due to various reasons, some products on our website might occasionally be unavailable, on pre-order, out of stock, or discontinued without prior notification. But worry not, we're on top of it! We're dedicated to keeping you informed about the estimated delivery time for any items that are on pre-order. And here's a promise: If any product you've ordered is no longer available post your purchase, we'll get in touch promptly. We will suggest similar or replacement products that match your taste. If you still wish to cancel your order, please know that you can do so without any penalties. That's the Finn & Form guarantee!
1.10 Order holds
Postponement on Order Fulfillment: Orders must be delivered within 30 days of Ready-To-Ship Notice. Failure to arrange/accept delivery within this timeframe may result in order cancellation (where your item is reallocated to another customer) or, in special cases, charges of additional storage costs.
1.11 Delivery date requests
Bear with us, while we can't promise an exact delivery date when you first place your order, we do provide an estimated timeline at checkout. Typically, our deliveries occur on weekdays from 9am to 5pm. If this doesn't work for you, our delivery partner in your region may be able to adjust. Don't hesitate to ask when they get in touch to set up the delivery date.

1.12 Cancellation

Cancellation - Unshipped
You can cancel your order for a full refund before the order is set up for shipment. Please note that this does not apply to Custom Orders.
Cancellation - Shipped
You can cancel your order once it has been set up for shipment, however please be aware that the costs of both outbound and return shipping will be reduced from your refund amount. Please note that this does not apply to Custom Orders.
Cancellation - Custom Orders
Once a custom order has entered production and moved to ‘In Production’ status all costs of production have been incurred and therefore a cancellation is no longer possible and balance paid cannot be refunded. If a cancelled order contains a voucher, this voucher is considered void and will not be reinstated. If an order is cancelled from which a voucher was generated, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
