Delivery & Shipping
At Finn & Form, we offer complimentary delivery on all orders — including large furniture pieces — to most regions across the U.S. and Canada.
We believe exceptional furniture deserves an exceptional experience, and that begins at your doorstep.
I. Delivery Service Areas
We currently ship within the continental United States and Canada.
At this time, we do not deliver to:
- P.O. boxes
- Puerto Rico
- Alaska or Hawaii
- Remote island territories

II. Delivery Options
We currently offer two types of delivery services depending on your location:
1. Standard Delivery
- U.S. Deliveries: Estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days after warehouse release.
- Canada Deliveries: Shipped from our Toronto warehouse; estimated arrival within 2–3 weeks.
- How it works: Our carrier will deliver your item to the front of your house, building, or loading area. An adult (18+) must be present to sign and receive the delivery.
- Carrier Contact: You'll receive tracking info and/or a call to schedule a delivery window (typically 2–4 hours).
2. In-Home / In-Room Delivery
In-Home Delivery (United States):
- Items will be delivered just inside your front door, provided there is accessible entry.
- No room placement, assembly, or packaging removal is included.
- Please ensure the entrance is clear. Delivery teams cannot move existing furniture.
In-Room Delivery (Canada):
- Items will be delivered to the room of your choice, as long as the pathway is clear and accessible.
- Assembly and packaging removal are not included.
- Please prepare your space in advance; delivery teams do not rearrange existing furniture.
Timeline:
- Local delivery: 2–3 weeks
- Long-distance delivery: 2–4 weeks
Please ensure hallways, elevators, and doorways are accessible. If the delivery team is unable to complete the delivery due to restricted access, a redelivery or return shipping fee may apply.
III. Measuring for Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please confirm that your space can accommodate your order.
We recommend checking:
- Door and hallway widths
- Ceiling heights (especially for tall shelving/sofas)
- Stairwells and corners
- Elevator dimensions (if applicable)
You can find detailed product dimensions on each product page. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help you assess your space.
IV. Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is ready, our delivery partner (or FedEx for smaller items) will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Most deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
If you need to reschedule, please contact the carrier at least 3 business days in advance to avoid delays or rebooking fees.
V. Remote & Special Locations
Additional lead time may apply for remote or limited-access areas.
We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or Puerto Rico. If you have a specific delivery concern (e.g., building access, service elevators), please contact us in advance.
VI. Missed or Refused Deliveries
If you're not available at the scheduled time and the delivery fails, your order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:
- We will process the order as a return, and delivery costs originally covered by Finn & Form may be deducted from your refund.
- If you refuse delivery due to visible damage, please notify us immediately and provide photo documentation so we can arrange a replacement or solution.
VII. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes are shown on each product page and may vary based on region or availability.
Once your item ships, you'll be able to track progress via your My Account page.
- In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Pre-orders generally require 12–18 weeks, including production and shipping.
- A 25% deposit is required for pre-orders.
VIII. Delivery Holds & Date Requests
Need to delay your shipment? Orders must be delivered within 30 days of the Ready-to-Ship notice. Beyond this period, we may need to cancel your order or charge a storage fee.
You may request a specific weekday delivery time when the carrier contacts you. While exact date guarantees are not possible, we'll do our best to accommodate.
