3.1 Tax, and Tax Exemptions
In compliance with legal regulations, we administer sales tax as mandated by relevant jurisdictions, which may fluctuate depending on the provided zip or postal code. Should there be a change in your shipping address following the placement of your order, the adjustment in the tax rate will be accordingly charged, any difference will be refunded or charged, possible administrative fees may apply. The precise tax computation will be transparently presented during the checkout process.
With regards to our tax-exempt clientele, we provide two feasible scenarios. One option is to engage our sales team prior to the execution of your order, furnishing them with the necessary documents. Alternatively, you may proceed with your order via our website. Following the receipt of your order confirmation email, we kindly request you to respond with a digital copy of your pertinent certificates, forms, or identification cards. Our financial team will conduct a thorough investigation of your documents and, upon approval, will retroactively reimburse the taxes paid.
3.2 When we charge payment
For In-Stock Items, you will be charged for your order when you place it. If for any reason you decide to cancel before your order processes and ships, you'll be refunded in full.
For Pre-Order products, you will be charge a 25% deposit and when your order is ready to ship, a payment link for paying the balance will be send to you. Complete your balance payment within 48 hours of receiving the payment link would ensure that this product is allocated to you and your order will be shipped on time. Delay in completing the balance payment could mean losing this product allocation to another customer and your order fulfillment maybe delayed accordingly.
3.3 Reserved Stock
Stock is only reserved once payment is complete, so if you notice the order is showing as out of stock on your confirmation email someone else may have snapped up the last unit before you completed payment. Additionally, this applies to orders with products that are currently out of stock: payment indicates the item is reserved for you on the next available incoming shipment.
3.4 Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after you place your order. If you have not received it within a few hours of placing your order, check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, please contact us.
