The story

Some chairs belong by a window: a cup of coffee, a breeze through the room, a few minutes before the day starts. The Josette is light enough to move there and comfortable enough to stay, with a thick bouclé seat and a cushion at your back.
Its frame is drawn in a few clean lines of solid ash. Square tapered legs rise into open arms that sweep back into a wide, curved top rail, and the curved back is filled with open rattan cane, split by a single wooden splat. The sand bouclé cushions are removable and reversible, with covers that come off.

Open Rattan Cane
The curved back is filled with rattan cane in a classic open weave, divided into two panels by a wooden centre splat. Light passes through it, so the chair looks airy from behind as well as from the front.
A Solid Ash Frame
Square tapered legs rise into open arms that sweep back into a wide, curved top rail. The frame is solid ash in a warm brown finish, with the grain showing through.
Soft Sand Bouclé
A thick seat cushion and a back cushion in nubby sand bouclé are removable and reversible, and their covers come off. The chair holds up to 330 lb and needs no assembly.
