The story

After dinner, with the lamps low and a last coffee on the table, the conversation moves to the sofa. The Kléber seats three on a deep, 26-inch seat, with square arms at the same height as the back, wide enough to lean into while you talk.
Its character comes from its lines. Narrow channels run across the seat, back and arms in latte top-grain leather, finished with light cream topstitching, and turn vertical on the arm fronts. A solid meranti frame and low rubberwood block feet keep it steady and close to the floor.

The Kléber is a simple, square block made interesting by its stitching. These three details show how it looks, sits and stands.
Channels in Latte Leather
Up close, narrow padded channels run across the latte top-grain leather, each one edged in light cream topstitching. On the arm fronts they turn vertical and carry on over the top of the arm.
A Low, Square Outline
Flat-topped track arms sit level with the back, and three channel-stitched sections form the seat and the back, so the sofa holds one clean line from end to end.
