- Two Side Drawers: Two drawers on smooth ball-bearing glides, each 12.5" W x 13.2" D x 1.5" H inside, hold pens, notebooks and chargers.
- Notched Handles: A small rectangular notch cut into the top edge of each drawer front works as the pull, so there are no knobs on the front.
- Graphite Metal Base: A frame of 1.2" square metal tube in graphite gray stands on four straight legs, with low stretchers across the ends and down the middle.

Working from home has a way of taking over: a laptop, a keyboard, a stack of notes, a mug of coffee going cold. The Cardinet gives all of it a proper place, with a 60-inch top to spread out on and a keyboard tray that slides back behind the flip-down front when you are done.
It is solid wood in a walnut-brown stain on a slim graphite-gray metal frame, warm wood over a clean industrial line. Small notches cut into the drawer fronts serve as the pulls, so the front stays plain.

The Cardinet is a simple box of warm wood on a metal frame. Three details make it a working desk.
Walnut-Brown Solid Wood
The top and drawers are solid wood in a walnut-brown stain, sealed with NC lacquer so the grain shows. A small rectangular notch cut into the top edge of each drawer front serves as the pull.
A Keyboard Tray Behind the Front
The center drawer front flips down on hinges, and a keyboard tray pulls out from behind it. Two side drawers on ball-bearing glides, each 12.5 inches wide inside, hold pens, notebooks and chargers.
Sixty Inches on a Slim Metal Frame
At 60 inches wide and 24 deep, the Cardinet has room for a monitor and paperwork. A graphite-gray metal frame with low stretchers keeps it light against a wall, with 25 inches of clearance under the frame.

Planning tip. The Cardinet is 60" (152 cm) wide, 24" (61 cm) deep and 31.5" (80 cm) high, with 25" (63.5 cm) from the floor to the underside of the metal frame. If you want to tuck your chair in, check that its arms clear 25", and leave about 36" (90 cm) behind the desk so the chair can roll or slide back.
