Not every home has room for a long buffet. Many have one wall by the door, or a corner of the dining room, that could hold more than it does. The Bourdon is made for that wall: 42 inches wide, with a top for a lamp and a bowl, and two bays behind the doors for the things you'd rather not see.
It is solid rubberwood in a deep walnut-brown stain, with slim finger pulls cut into the top of each door, so the front stays plain. A matte graphite-gray metal base lifts it off the floor, and inside, each bay has a shelf that moves between three heights.

Walnut-Brown Solid Rubberwood
The cabinet and doors are solid rubberwood in a deep walnut-brown stain, sealed with NC lacquer so the grain shows. Slim finger pulls are cut into the top edge of each door, so no hardware breaks the front.
Two Bays, Adjustable Shelves
A center divider makes two bays, each 19.92 inches wide, 16.54 deep and 26.69 high, with one shelf that moves between three heights. Magnetic catches keep the doors closed.
Compact, on a Metal Base
At 42 inches wide and 18 deep, the Bourdon fits an entry, a small dining room or a hallway wall. A matte graphite-gray metal base lifts it 7.9 inches off the floor, and it holds up to 125 lb.

Planning tip. The Bourdon is 42" (107 cm) wide, 18" (46 cm) deep and 36" (91 cm) high. Leave about 36" (90 cm) clear in front so the doors open and people can pass. At 36" high, its top sits at kitchen-counter height, a comfortable level for serving or for dropping keys by the door. Anchor it to the wall with the included tip-over restraint kit.
